How to return a Corail Pass
When returning the KORAIL Pass, fees as shown in the table below are incurred.
The return fee depends on the travel start date registered at the time of booking.

After entering your e-mail information or KORAIL pass number, click Inquiry to find the KORAIL pass in your account.
Select the pass you wish to return and click the ‘DETAILS’ button.
Click the ‘REFUND’ button.
Click the ‘REFUND’ button once more.
The pass has been returned.
