Selecting a seat with KORAIL PASS on the website
■ Seat assignment methods
The KORAIL Pass is a free travel pass that does not have a designated seat. You can use the KORAIL pass purchased in advance to receive seat assignments at station counters, travel centers, and official websites.

- As a public institution, KORAIL occupies about 99% of train stations in Korea.
- Travel centers are located in major stations across the country.
- If you use the travel center, communication is easier than at the station window.
- You can easily make a reservation using the official KORAIL website, and you can use the train directly from the station.

Find the KORAIL Pass in your account in the order of ①②③.
After selecting a pass, click the ‘SEAT RESERVATION’ button.
Create your own itinerary and click ‘Inquiry’ to see available trains.
Select the room type, First class or Economy class from the train inquiry result.
There is no additional charge for seat selection with the KORAIL Pass, but 50% of the fare must be paid if you choose First class.
Check that the reservation is correct and click the ‘NEXT’ button.
Click the ‘PRINT’ button to print your ticket and take it with you when boarding the train.
If you have lost or did not bring your ticket, you can reissue it at the station window.
