Once purchased, tickets cannot be changed. You must first cancel and then re-purchase the desired ticket.

Go to the main menu and touch ‘ Check/Refund Ticket ‘.

Search for a reserved ticket using the name, e-mail address, password, etc. that you entered when reserving the ticket.

Your reserved ticket will appear.

If there are multiple tickets, select the ticket you want to cancel and touch ‘ Refund ‘.

After confirming the refund amount and fee, touch ‘ Confirm ‘.

Select ‘ Yes ‘ if you want to cancel the ticket, or ‘ No ‘ if you do not want to cancel the ticket.

Ticket cancellation has been completed.
